1988-1998 c1500 4/6 drop kit with spindles coils flip kit and c notch. fits modles equiped with heavy duty front brake package. Usually found on 92 and later trucks. Easy way to tell is to measure the thickness of the front rotor heavy duty brakes are 1.25" thick
