2007-2013 rear c notch. This is an excellent way to get more rear travel when lowering the rear of the truck 6 or more inches. This item is not required untill 8 inches however it very popular with guys running 6 or more inches of drop. Kit includes 2 notches 2 inner notches 4 nut plates and 2 abs tabs as well as the hardware needed to install
